    Preview Program Removal Please


    Recently purchased my Xbox one, refurbished on Amazon. 1) having problems with the fan making noise. Plugged directly into the wall and noise is intermittent now. Bad bearings? Easy fix but don't want to void warranty. Is there a fix kit that Microsoft or
    Amazon can send me? 2) Xbox randomly resets to factory defaults and forces me to go through setup again.

    Can someone please remove me from the preview program so that I am not bumped to factory defaults again? I did not lose my games this time but have read it can happen. My account is not linked to the preview program as I bought it refurbished. I can provide
    the console serial number upon request. Thank you.

    What program are you talking about? If it is the preview program then you would request removal via the preview dashboard on the console

    It looks like your account is still tied to the Preview Program. We suggest that you post this information over in the Preview Program Support forum so the proper folks can
    take a look and remove you from the program if you still wish to be.

    Since this is an older thread, please post a new thread if the issue persists after being fully removed by the preview team.

    Xbox One bata opt out

    Please head to the preview dashboard app and choose the option to opt out of the program. However, you will not be removed until the current preview has been fully released to the public.

    Party Chat is inconsistent since leaving early preview program.

    Please try not to make multiple threads for the same issue.

    As I mentioned in your other thread, you are not fully out of the preview program because you only left it 4 days ago. Once the current preview has been released to the public your console will be removed from the program.

    Any other issues that pertain to the preview program should be addressed in the preview forums.
