Preview Program Reinstatement???

I was part of the preview program all the way back when it first came out on Xbox 360. I upgraded to an Xbox one and assumed my registration would carry over. Apparently I was wrong as I can not find a way to download the preview program app on my Xbox one.
Now, I hear that preview members will be given exclusive access to the Halo 5 beta starting tomorrow. Halo is the entire reason I got an Xbox one. I have been a loyal Microsoft customer/supporter for years. I guess what I'm getting at is if there is anyway
I can be re-enrolled into the preview program on my Xbox one,and be given a code like everyone else tomorrow, you would really be helping me out. To know that because I missed some sign up for a program I was already signed up for, and will not get to play
halo 5 tomorrow seems a little unacceptable to me. Thanks for any help on this matter.

Xbox Preview Program

No, there is no preview program invites anymore. Also, that's early access game you can buy it without being in the preview program.

The preview programs for both systems are separate entities and were never meant to be combined.

If you would like an invite to the program you'll need to get someone from your friends list who is already in the program to send you an invite.

I was told by Xbox support to come here and I would be instated into the preview program as well as be given a Halo 5 beta key as early as yesterday. Now I have been invited to the preview program and I would like to to be instated into it. I was a preview
program member on 360 and do not understand why I should have to wait some ungodly amount of time to be accepted. I don't understand why Xbox support would just blatantly lie to me and refer me here as some sort of attempt to pass the burden of responsibility
off to someone else. I have put up with a lot from Microsoft this year and would like my Halo 5 beta key today. After purchasing and putting up with the $60 scam that was the Master Chief Collection, now I am being told I won't get to play this early Halo
5 beta. MS support referred me here because the "Rangers" could expedite the process for me. I want to be instated into the program ASAP or at least be given a H5 beta key and be playing today. How much lies are we MS supporters supposed to deal with? If this
isn't fixed I'm done with Xbox in general.

Phone support are a 3rd party company hired by Microsoft to handle their support issues. They have no pull in who gets what and can't promise anything like that to anyone. As such, you were misinformed by phone support as to what would happen regarding
both the preview program and the Halo 5 early access preview.

If you were not currently in the preview program then I'm afraid you'll just need to wait a few more days to play the beta.

I was a member of the preview program and upgraded to the forza edition xbox. It says pending approval now for me to be reinstated. It has been probably been about 7days or so.

Please refrain from creating duplicate threads. Again, you would need to reach out to Ambassador staff as they would be the only ones who can do anything. Ambassador related issues are not handled via the forum. xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces)
