Preview program registration still pending?

so I installed the preview app sent to my by Xbox and have registered my console but still haven't received the update AND it still says registration pending on the app? I have tried to type my concerns about this on the preview program forum but I'm getting
"group not found" every time so I, not sure what to do!? Can anybody help me? Thank you in advance

What do you mean pending are you referring to the preview program registration says you are still pending?

Hi Nightm4r3z,

firstly there is currently a backlog of consoles waiting to be enrolled in the program and its taking longer than the team would like. All we can do is ask you to be patient for the moment!

Secondly! The main support team are monitoring the forums so will sort you out your access to the preview forums once they see your message.

Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

 

Oh right yeah sorry I wasn't aware of the backlog I was just presuming lol but thanks for getting back to me within a record time! Again , thank you
