Preview program redstone member

i am having a problem updating my console I am xbox redstone member and contacted Xbox support and told me to contact you guys threw this because the preview can be corrupting my files I have factory reseted and did all the steps they can possible help me
with but stated I need to get in contacted with your department

also out of warranty but I cannot see why I have to pay for something I haven't done and that it is a internal problem
