Preview program questions

Hi. I became a member of the Preview Program some time around June 2015 while I was on my 360. I recently upgraded to the One and I was wondering how do I get the preview updates for it.

And BTW, I still can't access the Preview Program forums after like 6 months of being invited to it. If a staff member can look into that I'd appreciate it.

Sorry you're having issues with your Preview Program score. If you have questions about the Preview Program I would suggest posting in the Preview Program Support forums.

 

Hello Siul,

The Preview Programmes for Xbox 360 and Xbox One are entirely separate. If you are part of the Xbox 360's Preview Programme, you should be able to access its forum here:

forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

For the Xbox One programme, you would have to be invited and accepted separately before gaining access to the forums. Also bear in mind that an invitation does not guarantee access.
