    You're going to want to post about these preview concerns and problems in the
    Xbox One Preview Forums     for the best visibility and troubleshooting steps. It's possible there could be a bug, so we'd also suggest reporting the issue on the console as well.

    When I had this same issue with the Hard Drive I had to do a Hard Power Cycle of the console. Also, if your using an USB Hub after power cycling plug the HD directly into the console
