Preview Program Problem

For almost a year now, I've had problems trying to join the Xbox Preview Program, and everytime it gave me the same thing. "Thanks for joining, you'll receive a message soon on the dashboard" or whatever the ending part is. I have NEVER received said message
and that's what the app says every time I open it and I can't do anything else. I've even talked to a support agent 6-9 months ago and they told me that the Preview Program Support Team would take care of it in 4-6 weeks due to a bunch of people before me
and yet nothing has changed. The same message appears and nothing has been done about it. What am I supposed to do... I want to preview the new dashboard with Cortana that Major Nelson said was available with the preview program but will be released this summer
for everyone else.

You can opt out of the preview program if it's frustrating you that much. There's not much we can tell you here except to report the problems. That's the point of the program.Click to expand...

im in the preview program. It just started today with the same problem. My wife is also in the preview program and hers is working fine.

The preview program has been at capacity for quite some time already. Being invited never meant getting accepted.

Are you sure you don't already have the Preview app in your Games and Aoos list already? It is the one with the key icon.

Hello I'm having problems with the new update I'm guessing for the new dashboard when I turn my system on the Xbox one screen comes on an load for about 5mins then goes too a black the dashboard doesn't load on my TV I can't see nothing but if I hold the
Xbox guide button It pops up an say shut down console or turn off controller but nothing else comes on my screen it's really unfair that I can't do nothing is there anything I can do to fix this please help me I would appreciate it
