Preview Program Problem

i got my msg on my console to download the app to find after i downloaded this app it told me "Sorry, this console has already been registered to a different account.

1. i only have 1 account

2. this console was 2nd hand but as new

i spoke to 2 people today about it, 1 sent me to the forums to tell me wrong forums, and the other got a specialist to fix it for me.........still waiting.

ive uninstalled the app many times and got the update in the system area and still no luck.

 

I have been a preview member for awhile now and it seems to be working fine, I will post this here because the group I was looking for keeps coming up as missing.

Was super excited about the backwards compatibility and went out that day to pick me up another copy of Mass Effect.

Finally I had time to get my chance to play it, last night in all of its clunky glory. It was great. But I had two issues that I could find no way to resolve.

1. After getting into the game I found I could not save my progress at all. Tried both being logged into my xbox account and offline. Nothing I changed would allow me to save my game. Not really mad but lets say it will be a real pain to complete the game
from start to finish without being able to turn off my xbox one. Also I was unable to load any previous saved data that I painstakingly had to save with tech support while upgrading to the xbox one. Any help would be great.

2. The game only lagged a bit and seem to play really well will one exception. I read about complaints about the decoding locks and such as they were to fast to complete. My issues was I wouldn't see a code to unlock at all followed by a failed to unlock
prompt. So yeah, those are pretty important to Mass Effect. Any help to resolve this issue would be great as well.

I have been trying to connect my xboxone to my PC using the "Wireless Display" app but when i try to add the device it keeps asking my xbox's WPS Pin. Any solution?
