Preview Program Problem

Ive been invited 3 times to the program and was accepted, yet I still have no message with a link to download the app, I cant post in the private forums because it says group not found, I called xbox and was told to call microsoft, they told me to contact
xbox, xbox phone support told me to contact twitter, and twitter hasnt responded....so my problem is if I have been accepted where is my message for the preview program dashboard app to download it

Digital games will NOT launch

im in the preview program. It just started today with the same problem. My wife is also in the preview program and hers is working fine.

 

So I see im not the only one then, wonder what xbox is doing to fix this issue

 

i got the dash preview program and launched the app but i want to remove it so my bf can use it insted but can't seem to remove it and getting frustrating.

 

Im not sure how to help with that, im trying to get enough people that are having the same isuue I am to post so I can bring it to xbox's attention, maybe they will do something about it

 

I hope everyone realizes im referring to the xbox one preview program, not the xbox 360

Keep in mind that to be fully accepted into the program, you may need to wait a full preview update cycle to be added in.

Just to clarify, being invited doesn't guarantee access to the preview program. It sends a request to Microsoft, who check your credentials, and then, if you are accepted, send you a private message on your console with a link to download the preview app.
Once downloaded and installed, you run a quick setup, then a wait until you are enrolled, and the update becomes available. I waited just 24 hours after the invite to receive my pm, but I know others waited over a week, but guessing Microsoft is swamped with
requests right now. I've also heard the wait to be enrolled can take a while too, so don't expect it all to be instant. Patience is a virtue. If you don't have a pm within 7 days, there is a chance you weren't accepted into the preview program.

Just havent received the message on my xbox

 

I am also part of the Preview Program, and while the last few days I had full access to the program, including backwards compatibility and wireless display, the registration showed pending until today. However, I am unable to access the Preview Program forums,
and need assistance with finding the WPS key to my Xbox One (not from my router, but from the Xbox One or the info it came with).

 

Im in the forums, thats how I know ive been accepted, I just havent gotten the message on my console
