Preview Program Problem

Hello all, Or was told to post this here

I have spoken to Xbox support many times, this issue is yet to be resolved.

Basically, I am unable to join the preview program. Ok have been invited to it many times, yet I have never received a service message or email regarding the preview program.

I was told by a support agent: 'You are shown as you accepted the preview invite'.

This is the problem, I have never accepted the preview invite as I have never received one.

Being told to get another preview invite will not help, as I have had several and have waited weeks without an invite.

All I want is the preview program, please help me resolve this.

im in the preview program. It just started today with the same problem. My wife is also in the preview program and hers is working fine.

 

Are you sure you didnt accept?

The thing is if you were invited or already registered your console. It doesnt mean that ms accepted you

Remember its 2 acceptance

First you accept the invite or the console registration then ms has to accept you as a preview member

Right now ms is pretty backloged with everyone asking for invites and still waiting days according to many losts

Some ambassador mentioned there is no more enrollments till july confirmed by forum support

Invites dont mean you can get in

It just puts you on the waitting list then ms still has to accept yoi

Its a closed beta with limited spots not for every console

 

Sorry i meant to say id imagine they are backloged.

Especially since people have been waiting a week in some cases

But as mentioned invites dont garentee you beta access

I know because i was passed over for a beta one or two times lol

 

I have contacted support many times over month long periods and this remains unanswered. They themselves are confused as according to them I am in the Preview Program. However, I'm not. It's so confusing

 

You would get w codes when you are accepted

One download code and one activation.

Accepting an invite wont putbyou in it just puts you on the waiting list

I can access the page but I have never had a message from Xbox letting me download the app

 

I have waited 2 weeks for my activation code to join xbox preview but still havent got it and i cant access the xbox early access need help
