    Preview program problem


    Hello, I have a serious problem with the preview program, I was already betatesters and I canceled my membership four months ago, now I rinovvato my application for membership, but I wait 15 days the confirmation message in order to record the console.

    According to the Italian customer has appeared already in writing, and they can not do anything.

    I tried to enter the private forum of the preview program but does not recognize my credentials

    I tried to ask in the italian forum support but had no response.

    I tried to re-invite me but I did not get the new invitation.

    i think that is a tecnical problem but i cannot find anybody able to solve the problem.

    you are my last chance.

    Digital games will NOT launch

    im in the preview program. It just started today with the same problem. My wife is also in the preview program and hers is working fine.

    Preview program problem

    Hi Amuro,

    the main support team are monitoring the forums so will try to sort you out once they see your message. It may be they can restore your access to the preview area so you can get the specialized tech support you need.

    Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

    I never got a message or request from xbox to accept but its saying I have but I never did I need a new invite from xbox to accept the preview program
