    Preview program Problem removing the preview update


    Hi,

    I have installed the new OS10. update on my one, and since i cannot log my account (i click on my account name and nothing happens) i wanted to remove it get back to the actual one.

    the problem is that the app xbox preview dashboard has vanished (with all my apps by the way) and since i can't log to see my mails, it is not possible for me to install it again.

    What can i do?

    Ps: i assume an ambassador will see this message and his answer will be that i need to post this on the preview forum but i have no acces to it so here i am Preview program Problem removing the preview update ;)

    Update today reset my console

    I am in the preview program and i am inching closer to removing my Xbox from the preview program.

    These updates are getting annoying.

    I don't like using the instant on feature. I know that i should expect updates being that i am a preview member, but it has been getting ridiculousness with the amount of updates recently.

    If you can go to your games and apps in apps scroll right you should see it in ready to install if it as been deleted.

    If you can't log in to your account, I don't think you'll be able to get into the preview app anyway. When I was having issues with my account, I did a hard reset and was able to log in next time. If that doesn't work, unplug it for 5 minutes and try again.
    If that still doesn't work, my next step would be a factory reset using the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool, as opting out of the program will do a factory reset anyway.

    You'll need to go to the preview app on the dash and then remove yourself from the update program. Be aware that you'll remain in the program until the release of the current preview.

    For preview program problems you will need to post in the preview program forums.

    Also, joining the preview program may not guarantee that you'll be in the current wave of preview updates for backwards compatibility, meaning you could have to wait until next month to start receiving updates.

    Hi can I ask are you part of the xbox preview program? I had this issue with last preview update, frustrating had to buy on my laptop and then download. It could be if your in the preview program it's a problem with the preview build
