Can't access the preview program

Hi there,

The Xbox 360 preview program is definitely separate from the Xbox One preview program.

The reason you're probably not receiving any more invites is because of a potential backlog of requests to join the preview program. Even then, there is no guarantee you've been accepted into the program.

However, I would wait for a support staff member to manually grant you access to the private preview program forums so that you can ask there.

I was told by xbox support and Misses Quinzel I was accepted into tje preview program but still have got nothing not even the dashboard app they said to post in the private preview program forums to request help but still says group not found just wondering
what was going on going on 4 weeks now thanks

 

Hi there,

the main forum support team can sort you out, when they spot this thread they will verify you are in the program and manually grant you access to the preview forums.

They have quite a lot of these to do at the mo so please be patient!

we don't give out invites on the support forums, you need to find a friend who can invite you. Having said that the preview program is basically at full capacity at the moment so even if you were invited its unlikely you would get in any time soon.

 

Thank you for the information, Sadistic. I figured that might be the scenario, however I was hoping since I do the Windows Insider Preview and it would go hand in hand together.
