    Preview program/ over 18


    ok so recently this past 2 days I've been trying to get in the preview program and upload a custom gamer pic to my account but every time I try to do so it says you most be over 18 but I called you guys and in the system it said I was over 18 what do I need
    to do please help GT- Icyythagoat

    Are you over 18? The program is limited to 18 and over.

    Xbox Live Preview Program Problems

    You need to be 18 years or over to be in the preview program.

    It's just one of the rules.

    If you think that age limit should be lowered you could post your suggestion on the feedback site

    Hey there Icyy!

    I'm sorry to hear about the frustrations. If you keep running into errors trying to upload a custom gamer picture that says your account is under the age of 18, then we are unable to assist. The only way to promote an Xbox Live account is for it to promote
    to adult status automatically on the 18th birthday according to the date of birth on the Xbox Live account. Do note that this differs from your Microsoft Account birthday.

    Apologies for any disappointment this may cause.

    Sorry you're having issues with your console. It sounds like you got a bad update, and it also sounds like you're in the Preview Program. If you are in the Preview Program, then please head over to the Preview Program Forums here, and re-post this issue
    over in that section. The folks over there would be the ones to help with that issue.
