Preview Program not working for me.

I was given an invite to the Preview Program which i have accepted and downloaded the registration app and clicked join. This was about 2 months ago and I have not received anything on my xbox to indicate I am a member. I check with support and they give
me the run around and tell me to go to the Preview Forums but I do not have access to them. I was told it shows I was invited but it says I did not accept the invite (which is false because I registered with the app on my Xbox One). If i could be granted access
to those forums so that i may receive the help I have been asking for for 3 months now that would be fantastic.

Preview game licensing issue

Notes about the preview builds are released in the preview program dashboard and preview program forums. Sot he information is out there. The current preview includes changes to the store which is why licenses are only working for consoles on the preview
program until the update is released publicly.

For whatever reason the Xbox Preview Program isn't working for me. My console is enrolled in the program and I can't access the new UI/features. On top of that I can't even contact the Preview Program Engineers through the forums because every time I try
to access the page it says "Group Not Found".

 

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately an invite to the preview program does not guarantee access to the program. Also, due to the high number of requests for access to the program since E3 the preview team is limiting the number of actual acceptance into the
program.

However, what you can do to ensure that you're in the waiting list is have a friend send you another invite. Follow the instructions in the message then keep an eye on your Live messages for future updates.

 

I understand that, but I was given a code by microsoft and then was told by a microsoft support agent that I was on the waiting list already for the next available update and this was 2-3 months ago. Also this waiting period is somehow causing an issue with
my Halo MCC not working at all according to 343i. I just need to know if I can opt out right now so my account is back to what it was or gain access to those forums to check with them.
