Preview Program Not Active: Needing Attention

My account was provisioned for Xbox One Dashboard Preview Program, I don't believe my Xbox is still not authorized nor is my account. I am on the Microsoft DirectX 12 Authorized Beta team. My Windows 10 Pro Authorized Xbox Experience Build is still waiting
for the Xbox to be provisioned. I do have the testing adapters and don't have access to the forums. I can include more information, but it's under NDA via Microsoft and will need to speak and provide details and have this done soon.

The preview program is still active. The release of NXOE was not the final release for the preview program, it will just go back to normal now. You will still get preview updates before they are released to the public.

I've had it for a long time now. I never pay attention to what the preview program adds so I never realize whats a preview and whats an official update.

 

Well either you havent enrolldd in e program yet or you are still pejding

Being in other betas dont nessarily will give you access to the other betas

Either you need to get an invite frkm an existing member then wait out the waiting period

Invites dont garentee you a spot or you being accepted it only puts you on the waiting list

Right now there is a large number of people still trying to get in

If you havent gotten an invite via. Your console you need to oost in the e3 thread in community discussions sticky speicifically for invites

 

I understand that, but I have the official beta adapters from Microsoft and they expect us to test them yet none of the systems have been enrolled. The documentation states the correct ID's of our systems but the update hasn't passed to our xboxs but have
been sent to our Authorized Windows builds. The contact email isn't responding either.

This is a support agent dealing with Zach's issue. I am needing someone to reach out to him,reinvite him to the program and issue a download link for the app. This has been an ongoing issue for months now that is needing resolve, and as we're unable to proceed
further on my end we're getting desperate.
