Preview Program - No Token Received

Was told to create this post by a customer support agent as I have not received any message regarding my preview program and no token has been sent, could you guys please issue another one, thanks.

Hi there! Have you by any chance tried to access the Preview Forums? At the top of this screen, you should see a heading for "Xbox Early Access," and under that will be two different forums - the registration forums, and the preview update forums. You might
want to try posting in there (but it usually takes 48 hours after getting into the preview program before you get forum access.)

If you try that and can't get in, let me know and I'll post for you, to get you forum access, and hopefully a new download token!

 

I don't have that option sadly so if you could post for me that would be great, thanks.

Its ok I got sent my token yesterday and applied it to my account, status currently pending approval, thanks for your help on this

 

No problem! I just got the response to my preview forum thread, saying you were pending and should have full access soon, so it looks like you're getting taken care of!
