Preview Program - No Message - Group not found

I was told by support to post on these forums.

I have been invited to the preview program multiple times now and I've been waiting for over a month. I tried to access the forums and it said group not found. I have been waiting for a message from Live but nothing yet. Any suggestions?

Preview program message expired

My Xbox preview message expired before I could download the app. Tried visiting the Preview Program forums, but get a 'Group Not Found' message. Can anybody help?

 

i have been having this issue too apparently a xbox member said i was a member of the preview program. looking to get this issue fixed

 

Just because you have been invited doesn't guarantee that you will be accepted.

There is a backlog at the moment but after a month I would think that you didn't get in.

 

Support said that I was accepted but I never accepted to be in it? Confusing.

 

Hey there, Rocketman02! Daft is generally correct in that just because you are invited doesn't mean you are accepted. I was able to confirm that you have been invited, and you will want to post up in the
Preview Program Support forums for more assistance.

Please be aware that if you have had any Enforcement action in the last 12 months, you will not be fully invited to the preview program. You can check on the
Enforcement site to see if you have had any actions on your account in that time frame. You'll have the whole story at that point to post up on the preview support forums.
