Preview Program never received

I was sent the invite over a month ago and still have received nothing. I've done what they suggested and had the invite resent and everything.. But still I'm not in. Please help!

Hello all, Or was told to post this here

I have spoken to Xbox support many times, this issue is yet to be resolved.

Basically, I am unable to join the preview program. Ok have been invited to it many times, yet I have never received a service message or email regarding the preview program.

I was told by a support agent: 'You are shown as you accepted the preview invite'.

This is the problem, I have never accepted the preview invite as I have never received one.

Being told to get another preview invite will not help, as I have had several and have waited weeks without an invite.

All I want is the preview program, please help me resolve this.

Sorry you're having issues getting your preview invite. Not everyone is accepted into the Xbox Preview Program. If you've been selected you will receive a message from Xbox Live with instructions on how to install the app on your Xbox One.

Also you can try to access this forum section below and post questions there. If you receive group not found, then please reply to this post. A forum moderator will review your account and grant permissions appropriately if needed.

I was told I was invited from someone in the program but i'ts been 5 days and nothing. I tried your link but it says group not found. Help please.

as Hydro pointed out above being invited doesn't guarantee you will be accepted into the preview program. If you are selected you will receive a message with further instructions.

 

@SadisticZeus I see thank you for clarifying that I missed it. If either one of you know someone who can or have the power directly to influence this I hope you would let me in. I have owned an Xbox console since the original Although not with this account
I decided to stick with a couple years ago. I was one of the few ones on Xbox live on the original playing brother in arms, Mech assault, Conkers live and reloaded, halo 2 ect.... and a huge fan of backwards compatibility when it was released on the Xbox 360.
I think you guys should base your picks on stuff like this people who are loyal to the brand and have been with it for so long. My original GT was spartinx3 which I unfortunately cannot recover so I when to xspartanx3x which I stopped using a couple years
ago because I made my current one. If you can somehow check the dates on those GT when they where in use, you will see I am not lying.
