Preview Program need help please

Ok, basically i bought a pre-used xbox one from a local games store and had been getting system updates every day since i bought it. I only realised the reason for this yesterday, its because the previous owner of the console signed upto the preview program
and forgot to leave it before selling the console to the shop.

Im wondering how can i get my console out of the preview program since i dont have access to the previous owners account.

Just to make sure this was the problem i downloaded the preview app but when i open it, it says " Sorry, this console has already been registered to a different account " I was told yesterday by xbox support, that if i do an offline update this will remove
the console from the preview program, but i just wanted to double check this with you guys before i went ahead and bought the usb stick.

preview program invites

I am not receiving preview program invites even though my friends have sent me invites.I need help and want to get in the preview program guys please help and if you can send invites please do

 

Preview Program issue, I need access... to fix error code 0x80070490

My xbox one will only show error code 0x80070490. The issue seems to be related to the Preview Program. I need access to preview program.

Please help.

Hi the method you suggested will probably not remove the console from the preview program you will have to wait for a member of staff to reply and arrange for your console to be removed from the program.

Please be aware when this happens the console will very probably wipe your hard drive and you will need to reinstall everything again.
