Preview Program message missing.

HI,

I am sure you get a lot of these. I need access to Preview support forums to get help. I had a message giving me access to become a Preview member for the Xbox One but it has seemed to of expired before I got around to applying as it is gone now.

Preview Program invitation message missing

Hi there!

To have received an invitation, someone would have had to invite you. You will need to ask them to send you another invite. Only friends or others in the program will have been able to invite you.

Sorry you're having issues getting to your preview app. If you've deleted the Xbox Live service message with the link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app or it expired, please post in the private Xbox One preview forum.

 

I have this exact same issue. I can't get in the Xbox One preview forum either.

 

I also have the same issue. I was invited by Microsoft and the message timed out and auto erased. Now I cant get any invites to the program.

I would post in the proper forum, but dont have access to it.

 

When I try to access the forum, I get "group not found" so there's no way for me to get help.

A mod will come by when they get time and get anyone who is supposed to have access permissions for the forums

 

Please help me as well! It says I'm enrolled, however the dashboard is not new looking at all, but I HAVE received the update and downloaded it successfully. Nothing changed though. Please advise!

If you have an issue accessing the preview forums please create a new post and a mod will give you access when they have time. There are many requests for this and they're going as fast as they can. If you need and invite I suggest asking people on your
friends list as one of them more than likely is already a member.

GFlash1, often my kids are playing Xbox and I'm not always checking messages. I would suggest posting here for the best support, or contacting support directly. As you are an ambassador you know we are only gamers helping in the community, I can do no more
to assist you than you could do for yourself. Sorry about that. Hopefully you get your forum access soon.
