Preview Program message deleted, can't access forums for help.

I had been invited to the Preview Program a few months ago, but the message has since expired to download the app. I had tried to contact Xbox Support about this issue, just to direct me to the Preview Program forums which only says "Group Not Found". However,
the agent that I was speaking to just told me that I was already a member. SO my questions are;

1. How do I get the message again?

2. How can I access the forums too, in order to accomplish question 1?

Xbox One Preview Token

Got invited to the program, message got deleted (buried) by other messages, now i cant redeem the token or access the "preview forums"

Chat support was not helpful, told me write on forums for help, but I can't access the preview Forum, Chat support verified my account and they said that I am already a member of the preview program.

Got invited to the preview program by friends again, no message so far.

Cannot access correct forum to request new preview program message

I've tried from mobile, and now PC to access the correct forum to request another message for the preview program. I accidentally deleted the message, while deleting spam from my messages.

Please help?

Hi there,

the first step to get you sorted is your preview forum access - the main support team are monitoring the forums so once they see this message and verify you are in the preview program they will be able to sort that out.

Once you have that sorted you need to post in the Registration Support forum and the preview team will see if they can help you.

Please bear in mind that after checking your posts both teams have to manually make changes - and there are a lot of preview forum requests at the mo - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

Preview Program Support forums. Since the message was deleted, please let the preview team in those forums know that you need the message sent to you again. They should be able

You have to be part of the Preview program to view the forums.

If you are part of the Preview program, post in the following forum to get access:

forums.xbox.com/.../4585.aspx

If you can't see that forum, then private message mistur niceguy.

Not sure if you are having a problem with an update, the preview itself, or accessing the Preview Program Support forums. If you are having a problem with an update or the preview program, this needs to be posted in the Preview Program Support
forums I've linked above. If you can't access the forums, please reply back letting us know and one of the Xbox Support members can verify you acceptance in the program and grant you access to those forums.
