Preview program member with green screen and no forum access

got the update, it downloaded and cycled 3 times, on the third cycle during the install, it froze when it says it was preparing the console. when I rebooted the system after it powered off for inactivity, I got a black screen, I tried to powercycle the system,
unplugged the power cord from the wall, wait for the battery pack to shut off and unplugged from the system, now I get the green screen permanent load. xbox customer support has nothing to cover this and I cannot access the preview forums, can someone direct
me to where I can get this resolved?

Access to Xbox One Preview Program Forum

Hello there,

I have been getting the stuck in green loading screen issue and tried the diagnostic tool. I discovered that as a Preview Program member, I need to get the tool/download/help from the Preview Program forum. I currently do not have access to that forum. How
can this be resolved?

Requesting Access to Preview Program Forums

I am a member of the Preview Program and since the new dashboard update all I get is a black screen after the initial green startup screen. I cannot view the Preview Program forums. It keeps saying group not found.

 

I believe you will just have to wait for preview forum access. It can take awhile for access to be approved.

 

I've been in the preview program for months, but never had any issues to post, didn't know I did not have access to the forums. who do I have to message to get that issue resolved so that I can get my dead box fixed.

 

anyone read this? anyone have any ideas on how I can 1- get access to the preview forums

2- get my system off the green screen

3- opt out of the preview program so that this does not happen again

4- or get xbox to replace my console because they broke it?

 

No one will answer preview questions here, I'm trying to help you but just because you don't like an answer doesn't mean Its incorrect. The NDA which is part of the program restricts what you can do and post about once you're accepted. You have to ask your
question in the preview forum, if you don't have access yet go to the forum specifically set up for people with preview forum access problems. Of you want information on opting out head over to the preview forums faqs. You can wait till Monday for an official
response but they will tell you the same thing, look through all these other locked posts asking about the preview on this sub forum. I know it's frustrating but you signed up for that frustration when you signed up for the program, it's in beta and will have
issues as was stated in the tos you accepted when joining. Good luck.
