    Preview program marketplace work around?


    Seeing as how the issue seems to be on the console market place, where u purchased a game but doesn't say it's purchased, would it work properly if u bought it on the website or the app?

    Another question I have is all my games are on my external so if i unsub to the preview program than format my hard drive than downloaded the up to date (non preview) update. Would it solve the problem?

    New Xbox One S and Xbox Preview Program lost?

    In the Preview App, which you should be able to download through the Marketplace when your Gamertag that is listed in the Preview Program is signed in. From there, within the preview App, you should be able to register your console for approval for entry
    into the Preview Program and invite friends to join the program.

    You don't need to be in the preview program to play Ark. Just buy it from the marketplace.

    No. Games that are purchased on a preview program console will only work on a preview program console. If you opt out, you will not have access to the games until the update is released to the public.

    The Game Preview program is unrelated to the Dashboard Preview program. You need not be a member of the Dashboard preview group in order to take advantage of the Ark early access.

    There is lots of confusion due to various information floating around the internet.

    ARK: Survival Evolved launches today (12/16/2015) as part of the Game Preview program. It will be available for $34.99 in the Game Preview section of the marketplace. (for all users)

    Hello Tabushcus,

    Are you currently in the preview program?

    If so I think that is a known issue because me and my friends in the preview program have exactly the same issue currently.

    As you mentioned before currently the only work around is by using the store to find games.

    The is an update for preview program members today so hopefully that will fix this issue.
