Preview Program Issues

Hello,

I hope I am posting this in the correct or good enough place. I originally reached out to xbox support on twitter but their link didn't take me to the dedicated preview forum and I cant seem to find it on my own. Wondering if it has to do with the latest
announcment for the preview program and the name change.

I've been in the preview program for over a year but I recently stopped receiving updates for some reason. The last update I received was on 9/30. No updates are available in Settings > System Info. The Preview Dashboard app says I am enrolled in the latest
preview. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

I think something is wrong with my x1

Are you a part of the preview program? Sometimes the preview version of the updates have issues.

Lost all my preview points score from previous console as this is my 3rd one!!!

Hey there

This isnt the preview area however i can help !

It is normal for your console to be showing this. Has long has the preview app shows enrolled then your set. Not all consoles are enrolled into the newer builds at the moment your on the 1608 build. The newer build of 1610 has Clubs and LFG. There is no
time frame to when other consoles will be added into the newer build. However you can use clubs and LFG from the xbox beta app on Windows 10 and you can download this from the windows store.

Coby, since you're in the Preview program, that may in fact be related. Since all issues will in the Preview program must be reported in the private Preview Forums, would you be able to continue there?

Hi

At the moment consoles in the insider program are running the same console operating system version as everyone else as the last insider update was released to all consoles on 7th December.

As for your screen going black can you try and restart your console by pressing and holding the power button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds and at the same time also restart your television.

If you still suffer the problem afterwards please follow
this support guide and also try reaching out to the
Xbox Insider forums for further assistance.
