Preview Program Issues

I am currently having issues with the preview program. A friend invited me to the program a few months ago, I started college soon after so haven't had really any time to play Xbox. My term just ended and with the E3 stuff going on wanted to see all the
cool new stuff. Heard preview participants get to download the patch for backwards compatibility and wanted to do that, but when I launch the preview app it says:

Thanks for Joining!

You'll get a service message on your Xbox One soon with more info.

I was trying to go to the preview forums to get help but it says that the group not found.

edit: And in case I was kicked out of the program for not being active, I still logged on a couple times a week and did anything that I could minus the last 2 weeks as I've been flooded with Finals.. Can you really get kicked out that fast? Seems pretty
silly.

Are you a part of the preview program? Sometimes the preview version of the updates have issues.

 

Lost all my preview points score from previous console as this is my 3rd one!!!
