    Talked to Glen S from support and he sent me here.

    He told me to put the incident code he gave me, my gamertag, and describe the problem.

    Problem - I was a part of the preview program at one point, but haven't really used it in a while, now when I open the app it gives me a message saying "Thanks for joining!" and underneath that it says " You'll get a service message on
    your Xbox One soon with more info. " I used to do the surveys you could do through the preview dashboard app but now the app just says the above message for me and the only option it gives me is to exit the app.

    I wanted to test out the new "backwards compatability" feature but the 3/23 digital games I have from 360 wont show up in "ready to install". I think Glen said I needed a new console update that was special for the preview members that
    I never received.

    I think something is wrong with my x1

    Are you a part of the preview program? Sometimes the preview version of the updates have issues.

    Lost all my preview points score from previous console as this is my 3rd one!!!

    Sorry you're having issues with your Preview Program score. If you have questions about the Preview Program I would suggest posting in the Preview Program Support forums.

    Sorry to hear that you're having issues with this. However, as this seems to be preview related you should post in the preview forums

    forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

    If you are no longer in the preview program then that would be why you do not have access to the items.

    Hi there!

    Firstly, please make sure that you post in the correct section of the Forums. Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. is where you need to go! Preview Program Issues. :)

    Secondly, could I please ask that you do a power cycle to attempt a fix. To do this, please follow these instructions:

    1. While the console is powered on, hold the power button for 10 seconds, until the console turns off.

    2. Wait for 30 seconds and then disconnect the power cable.

    3. Wait a further 30 seconds, then reconnect the power and turn it back on.

    4. Wait for the console to restart, sign in to Xbox Live and try to install your Xbox 360 games again.

  6. I mean, if I could access that section don't you guys think I would have posted this issue there? Every time I try to go to those forums I get "Group Not Found". Support told me to wait on a moderator for a special update so neither of your posts helped
    me. But thanks....

    Preview Program Issues.

    hello to any one that can help i have similar situation, my dash board says i am in the preview program. but i can not get to the forum part or invite friends in the program, nor do i see the app i have a tab on Xbox 360 that says preview . thank you.
