Preview program issues with installing

i try to load my character it stats i cant play with a character that is from a save thats fully installed since its not fully "installed" acording to the game i have been having this issue for 3 days now i have tried leaving the program 3 days ago as well
i have uninstalled reinstalled 4 times i have done hard reset and even a full reset so i need some help figureing this out

@Daft..... I hope there are no preview program issues with this DL...... luckily I haven't registered my new console back into the preview program after the preview program killed my last one.....

 

Installation problems

Hey, guys! Sorry to see any issues while in the preview program. When you opt out of NXOE, it does say that you will have your console factory reset, which will remove all of your games. Additionally, everyone will be getting NXOE later this week. If you
