    hello im trying to register for the preview program but when i launch the app it says... This console has already been registered to another account.

    can my console be unregistered so i can actually register my console to my account and start using the preview app

    I think something is wrong with my x1

    Are you a part of the preview program? Sometimes the preview version of the updates have issues.

    Preview Program Issue

    Hey I received the original message from Xbox Live to join the preview program, but I was in a hurry and just downloaded the app but didn't register. Now when I go back to the app to register, it's says the app is only available to members of the program
    and the only option is to exit the app. So what happens now? I can't access it now just because I couldn't register initially?

    It's mainly regular gamers who help out in these forums so there's not always someone about to answer.

    Hey dude and thanks for the reply that's all I wanted. I tried the preview forums and it states group not found so I don't have access.

    My Xbox shows that error i posted in original post when I fire up the preview app, I just need my console to be unregistered then I can sign up on this account

    If there's no option to unregister & re register the console then just wait until an official xbox support staff member see's this & can grant you access to the preview forums.

    If no one comes along within 24 hours I'll pm one for you.

    hey still not sorted can u pm a moderator and or a preview staff I'm sure its not that difficult to press remove console from program so I can re apply with my account on my console

    Hey there, OllyBongo89! Daft messaged me letting me know you can't access the Preview forums. Since you've only been invited so far and can't register, I got you access to the
    Preview Program Support forums. You will want to post in there that your console is registered to someone else in the program and you'd like it removed so you can register it.
    They should get to you over the next few days (they are slammed with the current roll out, patience is appreciated). Thanks for posting! preview program issue :D

    Preview Program Issues?

    Hi

    At the moment consoles in the insider program are running the same console operating system version as everyone else as the last insider update was released to all consoles on 7th December.

    As for your screen going black can you try and restart your console by pressing and holding the power button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds and at the same time also restart your television.

    If you still suffer the problem afterwards please follow
    this support guide     and also try reaching out to the
    Xbox Insider forums     for further assistance.

    You should now have access to the Preview Forum. When you get a chance, click on the link the EG has provided and make a post there so that the proper teams can look into the issue. Keep in mind, being invited to the Preview Program does not guarantee acceptance.
