Preview program issue help please!

I got invited to the preview program a little over a month ago i have been tolled by xbox support

"It seems the system did detect that you have already registered for the preview program yet It seems you are affected with the delay that had happened with regards to the console preview enrollment."

i haven't got a message from xbox regarding my acceptance into the preivew program.

Help me?

Preview Program issue, I need access... to fix error code 0x80070490

My xbox one will only show error code 0x80070490. The issue seems to be related to the Preview Program. I need access to preview program.

Please help.

Sorry you're having issues with your console. It sounds like you got a bad update, and it also sounds like you're in the Preview Program. If you are in the Preview Program, then please head over to the Preview Program Forums here, and re-post this issue
over in that section. The folks over there would be the ones to help with that issue.

i talk to xbox support she tolled me come here to fix my problem then now someone is telling me go to another place and post another thread on my issue lol I don;t know what to do anymore any have simple steps here? and thanks Shockelite

Sorry for any confusion. Essentially, there is a backlog of invites and preview messages to be sent out. If you have definitely been invited, then you will need to wait for a member of the support team to manually grant you access to the private preview
program forums so that you can ask there.

However, there is no guarantee that you have been accepted into the program.

They should review the thread soon, they usually check the oldest threads first.

Preview Program Support forums.

Please understand that any Enforcement actions over the last 12 months would prevent you from being able to join the program. Being invited does not guarantee that you will get in, and this is one of the things that can prevent you from getting a message.
You can head over to the
Enforcement site to double check if you had any actions recently before you post up in the preview support forums. This will help you have a full story before posting.
