Preview Program Invite Not Showing Up

I've been on XBL for 7+ years and play everyday, no strikes 2 weeks ago my buddy sent my a invite that i know in real life, 5 days went by, i asked if he sent it right he re sent it, 3 more days went by. I went to another friend that has it and he invited
me also, they dont spend any time on xbl so if this acceptance thing i'm confused because i've put more money in to XBL then most in their life let alone how much i play it so i was just hoping there is a sending issue like everyone else?

if not do i just go to support?

Xbox Preview Dashboard App isn't showing up

I've been accepted to the preview program but i cant accept the invite because the Xbox Preview Dashboard App isn't showing up. Please help.

I get 10 messages a day asking for me to invite them to the preview program. I'm sick of these messages popping up. Can you please fully delete this thread for me?

Hi there Yinse how much tenure or money spent on xbox live doesnt gurantee you entry into the preview program. If you havent recieved anything by now you probably werent accepted have your friend reinvite you at the beggining of august. Customer support
will not be much help with this issue as they dont have access to preview program invites as they are messages sent over xbox live which they cannot see sorry.
