Preview Program Invite - Console already registered to another user

Hey all -

I got an invite to join the Xbox One Preview Program but I get an error that says console already registered to another user when I launch the preview app.

I bought this unit second hand and I am thinking the previous owner was a Preview member. I called support but they could only confirm the console is registered correctly to me and advised me to post here.

I can't access the preview program forums, it just says Group Not Found.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Preview Program already registered to another user

I recently got the invite and it is saying my console is already registered to another user... my console is not used and nothing seems to be helping the problem... any ideas?

if you can post in the preview forum here with your issue they should be able to help you get registered.

Hi my brother just recently sent me a invite to the xbox preview program but I accidentally registered my console over his account and now every time I go to register it gives me a error saying sorry this console is already registered to another account
