    Hi, I've recently bought a second hand Xbox One, the console has been receiving the preview updates although I wasn't signed up in the program. Recently I was invited, but when I try to open the Preview Dashboard it says that the console has been already
    registered with another account, I assume the old owners account. Therefore I can't access the preview forums as I've tried several times by following links in other threads. Thanks.

    I also have a problem, My console is registered to another person as it's second hand. Is there any way to register me to this console in order to use the preview program?

    Last month bought a second hand Xbox One registered in Xbox One Preview Program and i would like to suspend. I cannot speak with the original owner...

    My console has not installed the Xbox One Preview application

    I never opted in for preview dashboard, yet xbl says i'm in it

    I've not had an update from the preview program. i'm not on a second hand console. i don't have the preview program on my console. if it isn't on my console how do i get out of this program? How did i get into it in the first place? i went to the forum
    to get help but it said no such group found. i checked my last updates and i've not gotten any updates from a preview program. i'm a little bothered i've been enrolled without me authorizing it.
