Preview Program I was invited but No message

Hi I was speaking to an agent she told me to come here because I was invited to the preview program but never got a message she said it says I never accepted it but I never received it

I get 10 messages a day asking for me to invite them to the preview program. I'm sick of these messages popping up. Can you please fully delete this thread for me?

 

Xbox One Preview Token

Got invited to the program, message got deleted (buried) by other messages, now i cant redeem the token or access the "preview forums"

Chat support was not helpful, told me write on forums for help, but I can't access the preview Forum, Chat support verified my account and they said that I am already a member of the preview program.

Got invited to the preview program by friends again, no message so far.

 

Hi there fellow gamer customer support cannot tell if you recieved an invite or not to the preview program. Getting an invite doesnt gurantee automatic entry into the preview program. The july preview period has already started and you likely will have to
be reinvited once the july update releases sometime this month to the rest of the xbox live community.

 

The agent reviewed my account and said I was invited but I never accepted the invite because I never received a message

 

Support cannot view any type of messages or invites over xbox live, all they can see is your gamertag your account history and contact ibformation thats all.

 

So she lied which is very unprofessional but I know I was invited cause I was at my friends house when he did it

 

it wasnt a lie it was contradicting what everyone else knows, call back and file a complaint my best advice

 

So how can I get the message because I know I was invited when or how can I get the message

 

You would have to have your friend reinvite you again and accept the invite. As for what happens after that well its a sit and wait game.

just to clarify - being invited to the preview program does not automatically mean you get selected to join. You go through an internal selection process and if you are chosen you then receive a further message. If you are not chosen you will not receive
anything - this is due to the sheer number of applications being sent in.

There is a backlog at the moment so all I can suggest is patience as we are unable to check your progress through the system.
