preview program help

Hey, can someone tell me who I can contact to get help with the preview program please?

It appears my xbox is part of the program yet I dont have the preview dashboard app and my games keep crashing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Preview Program - help!

Hi all, I'm a long time reader but a first time poster!

I've just upgraded from a 360 to a XB1 and I'd really love to use the app that let's you stream from your NAS box but I'm not yet on the developer preview. Hoping someone would be so kind enough to add my gamer tag? It's nikifoster

Hi there,

currently there is no preview update rolled out. So even if you are (the console) participating in the preview it will be on the same build as everybody else that is connected to Xbox Live.

The best thing to try yourself are the steps on this link: https://support.xbox.com/games/troubleshooting/game-freeze-solution

If you are still experiencing issues and since there are no preview updates rolled out, it may be best to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at Contact Us | Xbox Support

Hi!

I'm looking for someone who can invite me for the preview, i've contacted the support and they telle me to contact on forums if someone can invite me.

What you fail to realize or understand is that I've repetitively been told what I've been told by more than one customer support agent. Sorry you cannot understand that. Thanks for the responses though but I doubt the staff are so severely misinformed or
would lie about speaking directly with preview program associates or going into my account and seeing that I've been accepted and was sent the emails/messages I am missing. It's either they are deliberately lying or you guys are misinformed while my problem
continues. Again, I've been accepted so please refrain from replying to thread if all there is to be said is I've not been accepted. Ty.
