    Preview Program - help!

    Hi all, I'm a long time reader but a first time poster!

    I've just upgraded from a 360 to a XB1 and I'd really love to use the app that let's you stream from your NAS box but I'm not yet on the developer preview. Hoping someone would be so kind enough to add my gamer tag? It's nikifoster

    Daft is correct. If you've never received a message over Live, you've never been accepted. Phone and chat support don't handle the preview program and can't actually see if you've been accepted or not. Being invited does not guarantee you will be accepted.

    Not so far as Microsoft staff have told me today and before. They are blatantly lying if you were to be correct.

    I do know what i'm talking about.Sorry you don't like the answer but as we've said,if you have not had a message over live then you have not been accepted.

    Customer service are nothing whatsoever to do with the preview program.

    What you fail to realize or understand is that I've repetitively been told what I've been told by more than one customer support agent. Sorry you cannot understand that. Thanks for the responses though but I doubt the staff are so severely misinformed or
    would lie about speaking directly with preview program associates or going into my account and seeing that I've been accepted and was sent the emails/messages I am missing. It's either they are deliberately lying or you guys are misinformed while my problem
    continues. Again, I've been accepted so please refrain from replying to thread if all there is to be said is I've not been accepted. Ty.

    Phone and chat have been known to give incorrect information and then send people to the forums multiple times. Especially when it's something they don't handle.

    And what you don't understand is how the preview program works.

    The only way you would of been accepted is if you have had a message over xbox live telling you to download the preview app.

    If you have not had this message then you have not been accepted.

    Customer support are nothing to do with the preview & can't say whether you have been accepted or not.

    It's a well known fact that they do have a habit of telling people the wrong information or tell them to post on the forums just to get rid or them or if they do not know the answer.

    It has been a problem for years & still is to this day.

    I know how the process goes and how it works. Telling me what I already know doesn't help. Telling me I do not doesn't help. I would accept Microsoft staff for being wrongful with information provided but not blatantly "fos" since I've had it to the month
    and date my first time being invited and the acceptance notifications I should have received until my most recent attempts. Just please do not respond because the repetition doesn't amuse. Good day.

    You're right,the repetition does not amuse.You have been answered correctly by 2 very experienced & long term xbox ambassadors.

    You will not accept the answer so there is no point in carrying this on.

    You obviously do not know who the process works or you would already know what we have told you is correct.

    No point asking for help if you do not want to accept or listen to the answers given to you.

    Have fun not being in the preview program.

    Your palpable sensitivity amuses though and no matter your ego & pettiness, you should do well to maintain a civil correspondence in full given the virtual position you hold. As I said before.. please refrain from replying. The staff who are able to look
    into my account after having asked for my sensitive information then who have proceeded to go into my account and check have said otherwise. I can accept unintentional misinformation but not blatant deceit from multiple Microsoft staff. Hopefully for the last
