preview program help and info please

it has been 2 months since my friend first sent the invite to the preview program and i have heard that it has takes 48 hours so why hasn't it come through yet i have been playing xbox for 4 years and 2 years before that and i have heard about
people who have just got xbox live who have signed up and got in within 2 days how come i haven't got a message and my friend came round and download his account onto my console and then download the xbox preview dashboard on to my xbox i open launched the
app and it says "thanks for joining you'll get a service message on your xbox one soon with more info" i first download it a few weeks ago and i redownloaded it today still nothing i would love some advice on this issue and how will i know if i have been accepted
into the program or if my console is registered?? i mean seriously how come people who have owned live for 2-6 months been accepted so fast and i haven't. does xbox even care about long time dedicated players to the xbox community because i originally
wanted to join the preview program to see new updates and give feedback but would they even read the feedback or care ??? I would love to be part of the preview program to give feedback see a change please reply

Can't connect to Xbox live

I have just done the preview program update and my xbox has done the same PLEASE HELP cant find info on how to get it to work

I am not receiving preview program invites even though my friends have sent me invites.I need help and want to get in the preview program guys please help and if you can send invites please do

 

Just because you've been invited does not guarantee you will be accepted.

Your friend may get kicked out of the program for what they did.

If you get accepted you'll receive a message over live,if not then you don't hear anything.

 

Just to add to what Daft posted above - preview members can only enroll one console so there is no point in your mate trying to 'game the system' and frankly it could lead to him being kicked out.

Once you are invited you will stay in the queue for possible selection. You only need to be invited once. You can get picked at any time - that means you could get in within an hour or it could be months.

You will just have to be patient and hope you get a message.

 

I'm having a problem. My old Xbox One died. I couldn't deactivate it. So now I can't find a way to get the Preview Program back on my new Xbox. I was told by Xbox help on Twitter, that I would need to get another invite to the program from someone that is
currently a part of it. As far as I know, none of my friends list can invite me. It sucks that I don't have access to the program anymore. Hoping someone can help

 

You should be able to redownload the preview app on your new console.

Then unregister your old console & register your new one,no need for another invite.

In future,it's always best to start your own thread if you have an issue you need help with.

 

Sorry. I did start my own thread. I tried to follow your advice, but can't seem to find where I can redownload it. I will stop spamming the forums. Again, sorry for any inconvenience.
