Preview Program "Group not found"

had received an invite to participate in the Xbox One Preview program, but I was away at the time unable to sign in on my Xbox One. The Message had expired before I got the chance to activate it.

Per the Xbox One Preview program FAQ it says:

"What do I do if I no longer have the message to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app?

If you've deleted the Xbox Live service message with the link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app or it expired, please post in the private Xbox One preview forum."

Only to lead you to a page stating "Group Not Found"

Is there anyway I can get the message to download the app again?

Can you doublecheck that you are successfully signed in when opening that link to the "Xbox One Preview Forum". If your account is "enrolled" in the Preview Program it should allow you to access this forum.

Please, fellow forum members, correct me if I am wrong.

EDIT: If a friend of yours invited you to the program, you might want to ask him to invite you again - then check the invite in time and accept it.

 

I just double checked and still receiving the "group not found" message. I've been away from my system and viewed the message on the smartglass app. However, the message is no longer in my inbox.

 

Do you have the option of asking the person which invited you originally to send an invitation again? This would enable you to accept it in time, on your console, and download the Preview Dashboard.

 

They've invited me multiple times since then, this happened a few months ago. Was waiting to see if i could resolve the issue myself that way first, but to no avail. Just finally decided to post here for help.

 

You dont get the preview app immediately

You only get it when you are accepted

Getting accepted is slim due to they slowing down the acceptances and invites

Being invited by your friend doesnt mean you were accepted by invited by your friend

Id you dont accept the invite you wont be on the long waiting list for the acceptance

Fyi you will have to wait for your invite as they are done in waves

And expect a very long wait due to the waves and the limited room left.

 

That msg is for people who have accepted the invite and received the msg for the link once

Not for people who are trying to get in

You will somply have to wait but fyi check your enforcement.xbox.com history any recent action will disqualify you from beta progrAms

And if you read the rest of the faq it does mention the waves and limited room atm

I stated all this above in my original post. I don't understand why you would think I wasn't accepted based on the comments. I've had a similar sitaution where a message containing Halol MCC and a official rep was able to access my deleted message and still
code on this forum. Thank you for your multiple replys, but that information does not apply to me because as I stated in my op, I was accepted.
