Preview Program Forums

Ealier today I was chatting with Xbox support about an issue I had with my preview program.

Basically I was accepted into the program, But I haven't yet received the message to register my Xbox One. So I was told to go to the Preview Program forum and ask for help there. But when I go to the forum it says "Group Not Found". Does this mean that
I'm not in the Preview Program? I'm just a bit confused right now.

All I want is to get onto the forums so I can solve this problem.

why do you think that you have been accepted?

Have you been invited by someone or did you actually got accepted? Since as far as I know getting accepted will mean that you received the Preview App to register the console.

If you didn't receive the message (with code) to install the preview App I do think you might not been accepted (yet). An invitation will not mean you get accepted.

I was told by Xbox support that I had been accepted into the program. But they told me that my code had not been sent to me yet, So they told me to go to the Xbox Early Access forums and ask there for more help about the situation.

So they have told me that I'm in the program, which means that I should be allowed onto the Early Access forums. That is why I said that I was accepted.

Hope this makes things a bit more clear.

Ok,

I'll add your gamertag to a forum thread in the preview program where people with registration issues can post their issue. That may help.
