Preview program forums

its been 4 days my console still says pending in the registration, and I still don't have access to the forums yet any advice much appreciated

So I got invited to Xbox Preview, but my console hasn't been registered. Is everyone guaranteed to get registered in general?? It has been 48 hours since I got the preview and am waiting for regrestration.

 

CAH TK433 - I am no expert on the preview program, but it took me 5 days to go from "pending" to "enrolled" in the preview app. Once your console gets the required update you can use all the functions though.

ToXiicK SkillZ - Not everyone who is invited to the preview program is guaranteed access. Once you receive the message from Xbox Live and have downloaded the App then you will be in the program once you have been processed. So to reiterate if you receive(d)
a message from Xbox Live telling you that you have been invited with a link to download the App then you will be accepted into the program once you have been registered.

 

Same issue and no access to the proper forum. States "group not found".

few things in this thread!

Firstly there is a backlog of consoles to be enrolled - they are working on speeding up the process - its currently still outside the timescale they would like so please be patient!

Secondly, the main support team are monitoring the forums so will sort out your preview forum access once they see your message. But please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they
will get to you as soon as they can!

To Chucky - we don't give invites out on the support forums - please ask a friend for one or ask in the general discussion forums!
