[Preview Program] Dark Souls III - Incomplete Install Error

Hey guys - whenever I try to load up my Dark Souls 3 files/characters it gives me an error of "Game Installation Incomplete." In order to provide further assistance, here's the following information to describe my issue:

1) I cannot load my files (obviously)

2) I can create a new file, but cannot go past firelink. When I attempt to travel, it tells me that I cannot due to incomplete game installation.

3) After reinstalling the game it had no solution.

4) After restoring my XBOX to factory settings (but keeping games and apps) it had no solution.

5) After creating a second gamertag and playing through on Dark Souls, still no solution.

I do have all the DLC, but I don't believe that a corrupted file is the case since I could play on the characters just fine after doing Attempt #2. If a corrupt file was the case, I would be able to play on a new file just fine. The fact of the matter is,
my XBOX thinks that Dark Souls III is not installed fully when it is, which is bizarre.

Important note: If I uninstall the game, reinstall it, AND sit in the main menu of the game while it is reinstalling, I found that I could play on my files once the main menu stated: Game Installation 100%. - I could teleport between fires, and play it like
I normally would. However, if I quit the game, and reload it, it gives me the same error as if that never happened...

I don't want to wait to install a 20gb game every single time I want to play it, and the developers of Dark Souls 3 insisted that the issue was the preview program.

That being said, what can I do? I don't want to uninstall the preview program since I want to remain a part of it, but one of the suggested options was to do so and see if it works.

In any case, I will wait and see if an update (or solution) comes out soon to help me with my problem.

If anyone has any suggestions, please post here - I have tried searching suggestions online, but almost all the suggestions are very vague, pertain to Bloodbourne or the PS4, and do not help me with my issue.

I have been having this issue as well, i play the same disc, same profile on an xbox without preview and it works just fine, but on mine (with preview program) it does not work

 

Just downloaded an XBOX update TODAY and it seems to make Dark Souls work for me (at least, currently - hope it stays that way); I hope this is the case for others too!
