Preview program continued issues to register

I got my preview code at PAX EAST back in March, registers and got in and then somehow got dropped, or at least I believe I was added. Around a week ago I definitely noticed I was not in the program when I did not see backward compatability, and clicked
on the xbox live preview program app again on my xbox to register. Since then nothing has happens, I have contacted chat support who said to contact twitter support who is not advising me to post on these forums. I just need someone to register my console
so I can be done with this endless support game.

can I just redownload the register to the preview program app and register the new one ? or that won't work ?

Not all members of the preview program have access to the current build, it was only pushed out to a portion of the program. That link you provided is the best place to go for continued preview program information.
