Preview program console verification

I got invited to the preview program. I contacted xbox support and they've told me that I have indeed been accepted and am a preview member yet I can not post on the preview forums nor did I get a message off Microsoft asking me to verify my console.

How can i get my console verified for the preview program?

Metalmilitia625 -- are you in the Preview program? I posted this same message in the Preview Program forums, just in case, since I am in the Preview program and there are Preview updates on my console.

Xbox Controller Randomly Disconnects

If you're in the preview program simply reformatting the console won't work. You'll need to go to the preview app and remove the console from the program.

Hi Form,

the main support team are monitoring the forums so will be able to sort your access out for the preview forums once they see your message. You will then be able to post in them so the preview team can get your console enrolled.

Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

You should be all good to access the Preview Forum now. When you get a chance, make a post there so that the proper folks can address the issue. Thanks in advance!

Notes about the preview builds are released in the preview program dashboard and preview program forums. Sot he information is out there. The current preview includes changes to the store which is why licenses are only working for consoles on the preview
program until the update is released publicly.
