Preview Program console still pending registration

hello i have enrolled in the preview program beta but im still waiting for my console to be enrolled is there anyway this can be done faster i have been waiting like a week can an admin manually accept my enrollment?

What do you mean pending are you referring to the preview program registration says you are still pending?

so I installed the preview app sent to my by Xbox and have registered my console but still haven't received the update AND it still says registration pending on the app? I have tried to type my concerns about this on the preview program forum but I'm getting
"group not found" every time so I, not sure what to do!? Can anybody help me? Thank you in advance

 

Sorry to hear you haven't been enrolled yet. An invitation to the program does not guarantee access to the preview program and, due to the extreme number of people who have requested access to the program admission has been put on the back-burner for the
time being although they will occasionally add more people in waves from time to time.

 

i think ambassadors should always be in programs like this so they can help ppl out better
