Preview program console already registered and I can't access account to unregister it ?

hey guys my preview app says that my console already registered but dont know to which acc and I think I can't acces anymore to this acc and now with my personal acc I can't join the beta how I can fix that thanks a lot

My account was accepted in to preview program I just can't registermy console with my new account cause old account(banned account) is registered with preview program

Thanks iv tried calling and chat to lots of people but no help iv registered my sevice online on Xbox site but don't and it say it is but I don't think it's the same thing as console registered to a different account for preview program. Are you on the preview
program ?

 

I can see the essayist way is to get new console is this the only answer ?

 

I am in the preview program but as one person answered in the other thread that you posted in admission to the preview is on hold for a bit due to the extreme number of people who have requested admission since E3.

Sorry but there's nothing I can do to help you out as acceptance into the program is on hold at the moment as I've already said.
