Preview Program Consloe Registration

Hi All,

So I got the message that let me download the xbox preview dashboard app, but when I activate it all I get is a message telling me my console has already been registered to a different account. I bought this console used from gamestop a while back so it
must be the previous owner's account. Is there any way to unregister it so I can register it to me?
