    If you are in the preview program the codes would have been sent to your Xbox Live messages for access on the console.

    If you are in the program and you did not receive codes then please post to the preview forums.

    Preview Program Code -XBOX Support

    Xbox Support does not send out preview codes. They are sent by people already in the preview program as an invite. See if there's anyone currently on your friends list who is in the program who can send you an invite to it.
