    Preview Program Can't Access


    I received an invite into the Xbox ONE preview program but cannot access it through the app now that I have it downloaded.

    I get an error message that states: Sorry, this console has already been registered to a different account.

    I am logged in as my primary and only user name. My Xbox One is fully functional, and I've never received or accepted a Preview invite to my knowledge.

    Can someone help?

    If I could have posted in the preview forum, I would have. I was given this thread by Tech Support. My entire issue is not being able to access the Preview program so I cannot post there.

    Can you grant me access there to post?

    I have not been contacted by anyone regardint his issue? I just spent an hour with tech support on the phone. Could someone from MS please contact me?

    Preview Program Can't Access

    Hi HunterRougue,

    You'll need to wait for a moderator to grant you access to the Preview Program Registration Support forums. The folks in that area are the only ones who can assist with registration issues. Tech support and people in this thread won't have the ability to
    assist with that.

    Vintagegamer which is it? I was patient since 5/21. I've called online help three times. NO HELP. I called support help and spoke to a person. NO HELP. It's getting a bit frustrating to say the least. Nonetheless I commented here to bump it to a moderator.
