    After the latest update I can't acces my account on my Xbox one I get error code 0x80070102

    Can't access Xbox One preview forums

    Same here. I've been in the preview program for a few months now, but still can't acces the preview forum.

    Preview program can't acce

    guys try hardseting after you got the update it took mine a few power cycles to allow me to sign in after downloading the new experiance

    I've been in contact with support and they've told me to get in touch on the forums , the problem I have is that my Kinect has stopped working , this happened after the recent early access update that had cortana installed. Is there any help you can give

    The Xbox 360 and Xbox One preview programs are separate... being in one doesn't guarantee access to the other. To get into the Xbox One preview program, you'll need to be invited by a friend who is already in the program, and then be accepted by Microsoft
    (you'll get a message from Xbox Live with a link to download the Preview Dashboard app).
