Preview program broken!?!?

I got on today and i got a message from xbox telling me that i had been suspended from xbox preview program i could still access the preview dashboard but the games where missing. so i called xbox support and ask whats going on and i gave them the info
and they said that i was still in the program and so we did alot of steps and none of them worked so they told me to go here and submit a post i would love it if anyone can respond to me at my gamertag at TsubakiAsuna thank you.

Dude I got invited to the Preview Program, but when I open the Invite it takes me to the page in the Store for the Gears of War Ultimate Edition Beta, Does anybody know what's happening?

 

Xbox preview program broken

Okay so about half a year ago my friend got me into the preview program for xbox one. 3 months ago I went to use my account ok my friends account (after a short suspension). I downloaded the preview app on their Xbox

Ever since than Ive been stuck on the "You'll get a service message on your Xbox One soon with more info" screen. Ive deleted the app on my xbox redownloaded it, had gotten my friends to reinvite me. Nothing has worked, can someone tell me how to fix this?

Forgot to add that there was no record of xbox banning me from the preview program

Part of the requirements of the Preview Program is to not have any enforcement actions taken against your account. Please check your Enforcement History page
to find out why the suspension occurred. However, per the message you received you will likely not be able to access the preview program and will need to wait until November for the public update.
